About Aimsity
Aimsity is an education company specialising in technology and STEAM programmes for students aged 7–17. We provide engaging and future-ready learning experiences through coding, AI, game development, digital creativity, and other tech-related programmes.
We work closely with schools, education centres, and communities to make technology education fun, accessible, and impactful. As part of our team, you’ll gain real-world exposure, meaningful responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and coordinating education programmes, workshops, and events
- Liaise with schools, partners, parents, clients, and external stakeholders
- Support meetings, outreach activities, and partnership engagement
- Create and manage social media content for marketing and branding purposes
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
- Support event coordination, participant management, and operational logistics
- Manage follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Conduct research on potential partners, trends, and opportunities
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and administrative tasks
- Support the team during roadshows, workshops, competitions, and external programmes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Management, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with schools, clients, parents, and external stakeholders
- Interested in business development, marketing, and project coordination
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willing to travel for meetings, events, school visits, and outreach activities
- Must have own transport and valid driving license
Internship Details:
- Location: Georgetown, Penang
- Allowance: Up to RM1,000/month
- Start Date: Anytime
