Full Time Production Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Gulf Lubes Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules for washing, refining, and biodiesel units.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production output against targets (OEE, yield, cost per MT).
• Coordinate with supply chain, PPIC, tank farm, and logistics to ensure raw material availability and smooth product dispatch.
• Ensure optimum utilization of equipment, manpower, and resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Lead and supervise production teams: supervisors, operators, and technicians across different units.
• Provide training and coaching to improve staff skills and safety awareness.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage manpower planning (shifts, overtime, multi-skill development).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in palm oil downstream operations (refinery, biodiesel, oleochemicals), with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of palm oil refinery and biodiesel process operations.
• Familiar with production planning, cost control, and sustainability certification systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
