Job Scope:

• Respond to customer inquiries across e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with wedding and bulk order inquiries whenever required.
• Follow the provided training materials, reply templates, and communication guidelines during daily operations.

Requirements:

• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions properly.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally without using short forms or informal language.
• Responsible, disciplined, and consistent in completing assigned tasks.

Additional Information:

• Training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be provided.
• Part-time applicants are required to attend work physically at the office.
