About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute online marketing strategies that drive student enrolment, brand awareness, and engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital campaigns, social media management, lead generation, and content marketing within the education or service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote educational programs and courses.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Generate and nurture leads to support student recruitment goals.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and campaign analytics.
- Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage email marketing and CRM tools for lead engagement.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education or EdTech.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
