Your Role

1. Teaching & Training Delivery

• Plan and deliver engaging English language and communication skills classes
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and structured training sessions
• Ensure high-quality, learner-focused classroom delivery

2. Content Development

• Develop lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and class activities
• Design assignments and short evaluations to track learning progress
• Monitor student attendance, performance, and improvement

3. Student Development & Support

• Provide academic feedback and guidance to students
• Maintain positive classroom discipline and professional standards
• Offer pastoral care and support where necessary

4. Programme Improvement

• Provide feedback on course structure and suggest improvements
• Support curriculum enhancement and quality assurance initiatives

5. Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in soft skills training such as communication, grooming, customer service, and teamwork
• Perform other academic-related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in English, Education, Communications, or related field
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,490.87 - RM5,224.12 per month
