Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Compliance
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain system records
- Support tax documentation, lodgments, and compliance processes
- Assist in payroll, reporting, and reconciliations
Operational Support
- Prepare invoices and manage billing processes
- Follow up with external parties for required information
- Maintain strict digital file organization (cloud-based)
Executive & Ad-Hoc Support
- Manage calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements
- Assist with research, presentations, and content formatting
- Support system improvements and special projects
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Background in accounting, legal, or banking industries
- Strong academic performance
Working Time
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (MYT)
