Tanggungjawab
· Indirect Procurement Sourcing
o Support sourcing of indirect materials (e.g., office; lab supplies, consumables)
o Liaise with vendors for quotations, samples, and documentation.
o Assist in issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
o Follow up on vendor registration, background checks, and credit limit applications.
o Compile and maintain supplier evaluation forms and audit documentation.
· Import Logistics & Customs
o Coordinate inbound shipments with forwarders and suppliers.
o Apply for import permits and ensure timely submission of shipping documents.
o Track container arrivals and manage delivery schedules.
o Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. (e.g., MAQIS, MITI)
o Maintain accurate records of import documentation (COO, Form D, etc.)
· Export Logistics &Customs
o Apply for Health Certificate and Export Permit.
o Arrange for sample courier.
· Documentation & Coordination
o Prepare and organize shipping and procurement documentation.
o Support internal audits and ISO documentation requirements.
o Support Purchase receipt checking, 3 way matching prior to submitting to Finance.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
