Kerja Sepenuh Masa Counter Clerk cum Operation, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,700 di SANI TERMINAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Position: Counter Clerk - Operation
Location: Sani Terminal, Klang Sentral.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / ticketing system)
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
- Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy in carrying out assigned duties
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented personality
- Able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in ticketing, customer service, or counter service will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with ticket purchases and enquiries
- Issue tickets using the ticketing system
- Handle cash and digital payments
- Provide accurate information on bus schedules and destinations
- Ensure the counter area is organised and customer-friendly
- Support daily terminal operational duties when required
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth passenger flow and operations

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
