Kerja Sepenuh Masa Senior Procurement Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Maqo Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent supply and optimal pricing.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms as well as review and draft procurement contracts to protect risk to the company
• Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and conditions to identify risks and opportunities for the business.
• Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies.
• Manage stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Oversee the disposal of obsolete or excess inventory.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in procurement processes which include deliveries, shipments and anticipate inventory level for business smooth operations.
• Responsible for coordinating shipments with local and overseas suppliers/customers
• Perform stock take and stock counts to ensure inventory optimization level which means providing a balance of supply to meet the demand at a minimum total cost
• Manage export and overseas client order of trading business of imported product by recording its inventory, proper record of product specification and dealing with suppliers on the timeline, delivery and RMA of products.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure tasks are completed
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize procurement processes.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
