Job Description:

• Support receiving activities by checking incoming deliveries, unloading goods, and arranging items in the designated storage areas.
• Assist in order fulfilment processes including picking, packing, and preparing products for delivery or shipment.
• Conduct stock counting activities and help maintain accurate inventory records for effective stock control.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and proper housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist in sorting, labelling, and storing products correctly according to warehouse procedures.
• Prepare basic warehouse and inventory reports such as stock balance records, shortage reports, and operational updates.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures during daily warehouse activities.
• Carry out any ad hoc duties or assignments assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor when required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with inventory systems will be an added advantage.
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn, proactive, and able to take initiative independently.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
