Job Title: Project Sales Consultant (Freelance / Flexi-Hour)

Location: Remote / Field-based (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor)

Remuneration: High Commission-Based + Performance Incentives

The Role

We are looking for a hungry, self-motivated, and "aggressive" Project Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is not a typical 9-to-5 desk job. You choose your hours and your work location. Your success is measured purely by your results.

If you are a closer who loves the thrill of chasing leads and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you. You will be the face of our brand, connecting property owners and business managers with our custom interior and cabinetry solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients (residential, commercial, or new developments).
• Consultative Selling: Understand client needs for interior renovations or custom furniture and present our services as the ideal solution.
• Networking: Build relationships with real estate agents, contractors, and property managers to create a referral pipeline.
• Closing: Negotiate and close deals to meet (and exceed) monthly sales targets.
• Reporting: Maintain clear communication with the internal team regarding client requirements and project handovers.

Requirements

• The "Hustle" Mentality: You are proactive, resilient, and don't take "no" for an answer.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in professional communication; ability to build rapport quickly is essential.
• Industry Interest: A passion for interior design, cabinetry, or property development is a huge plus.
• Independence: Ability to work with zero supervision. You are your own boss.
• Mobility: Must have your own transport for site visits or client meetings.
