Position: Part-Time Admin Assistant (Residential)

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Assist in managing administrative matters for the residential area
  • Record and update residents’ access and entrance information
  • Assist the Site Manager in daily operations
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of documents and records
  • Provide basic support to accounts as backup when required

· Can Work under Pressure and don’t have to many personal matter

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field
  • Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Able to commit to part-time working hours

Working hours

9.00am to 6.00pm (Saturday & Sunday off)

Salary RM70/Days

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM80.00 per day

Work Location: In person
