Job Descriptions:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Support stock management, stock counting, and inventory tracking
• Prepare and pack orders for delivery
• Support the preparation of warehouse documents such as delivery orders, stock transfers, and goods received notes
• Assist in coordinating shipments and ensuring timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate with courier services and logistic partners for deliveries
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of warehouse activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistic operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
