RTR / Finance Executive (Junior to Specialist)

What you’ll be doing

• Handle general ledger and RTR activities
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in audit and ensure proper documentation
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timelines
• Support process improvements and ongoing projects

Scope by level

Junior (0–1 year | Up to RM3,500)

• Support daily accounting tasks and reconciliations
• Assist with journal entries and reporting
• Learn RTR processes and systems

Executive (2–3 years | Up to RM4,500)

• Handle full month-end close for assigned entities
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations independently
• Work closely with regional finance teams

Specialist (2+ years | Up to RM4,800)

• Manage full RTR scope including reporting and analysis
• Review balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support audits and regional finance projects
• Act as backup for team lead when needed

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related
• Experience in General Ledger / RTR / Shared Services is an advantage
• Familiar with Oracle, SAP or any ERP system
• Good understanding of month-end closing and reconciliations
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Shared services experience
• Knowledge in VAT / GST
• Strong Excel skills
