Job Description:

• Sourcing and screening resumes according to job requirements
• Arrange interview for shortlisted candidates via phone call and email
• Liaise with hiring managers for the interview arrangement and ensure smooth interview process
• Perform administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process and other HR internal matters
• Build good relationship with potential recruits and new joiners
• Assist the Executives to prepare necessities for staff orientation and career fair/events
• Assist in ad-hoc departmental tasks or events assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource/ Psychology/ Business/ Communications/ Marketing or any other relevant field
• Have passion to explore in HR field and good communication
• Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Detail oriented, organized and good time-management
• A good team player and willing to learn
• Minimum availability is 3 months period
• Can start from 18 May 2026 onwards. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
