Position Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Retail Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for wellness products, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a flair for sales. As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find what they need.

· Sales: Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product promotion. Participate in sales campaigns and promotions.

· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products, including new arrivals and best-sellers. Educate customers on the benefits and uses of our products.

· Store Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and common areas. Ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve store goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve store performance.

Qualifications:

· Previous retail experience is preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Passion for wellness, aromatherapy, and natural products.

· Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

· Basic computer skills for point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
