Location : IOI CITY MALL

Responsibilities:

1) Deliver friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service

2) Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly

3) Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene at all times

4) Support team members to ensure smooth operations

5) Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience

Requirements:

1) Minimum SPM or equivalent

2) No experience required (training provided), prior F&B experience is an advantage

3) Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality

4) Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)

5) Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
