PyxMarket is building a high-performance exchange chain like hyperliquid for prediction markets, perpetual futures, and future trading products.

We are looking for a COO to turn a technically strong product into a reliable, scalable business.

## Role

The COO will own company operations across go-to-market execution, partnerships, fundraising support, compliance coordination, finance, hiring, and day-to-day operating rhythm.

This is a hands-on early-stage role. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, from investor materials and partner calls to process design, vendor management, and operational firefighting.

## Responsibilities

- Fundraising through deck, pipeline, investor follow-ups, diligence materials, and metrics.

- Build and run PyxMarket’s operating cadence, goals, metrics, and execution process.

- Drive go-to-market planning for prediction markets, perps, liquidity providers, and early users.

- Own strategic partnerships with market makers, ecosystem partners, data providers, and infrastructure vendors.

- Coordinate legal, compliance, finance, accounting, vendor, and administrative workflows.

- Help design launch operations for markets, bridge operations, liquidity programs, and user support.

- Build internal processes for risk management, incident response, security reviews, and operational controls.

- Recruit and manage non-engineering functions as the company scales.

- Work closely with the CEO/founders to translate product and technical milestones into business outcomes.

## Ideal Background

- 5+ years in startup operations, fintech, crypto, trading, marketplaces, or high-growth technology companies.

- Experience operating in ambiguous early-stage environments.

- Strong understanding of crypto markets, exchanges, DeFi, prediction markets, or trading infrastructure.

- Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships, fundraising processes, and cross-functional execution.

- Comfortable with legal/compliance-heavy products and regulated-market ambiguity.

- Strong written communication and investor/customer-facing presence.

- High ownership, low ego, and bias toward execution.

## Nice To Have

- Prior COO, Head of Operations, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or GM experience.

- Experience at a crypto exchange, trading venue, market maker, fintech, or prediction market company.

- Fundraising experience with crypto funds, fintech investors, or strategic investors.

- Experience launching liquidity programs, market-maker programs, or exchange products.

- Familiarity with onchain infra, wallets, bridges, stablecoins, and market data.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per month
