We are currently at a pivotal moment as we gear up to launch Furrenz 2.0. This evolution modernizes the pet care industry by leveraging Gen AI to create a seamless, 360-degree ecosystem (e-shop, educational portals, and tech-driven service delivery). We are looking for a result-oriented intern/contractor to bridge the gap between pet care and the future of AI-driven marketing to help us prepare for our launch in July.

This is an excellent opportunity for students who are interested to gets real world hands on experience in Marketing and AI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern / independent contractor, your success will be measured by specific growth and engagement milestones. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic and ensuring our Gen AI customer tools are optimized.

1. Growth & Community Seeding (Deliverable-Based)

• Forum Engagement: Achieve a specific monthly target of high-quality messages/comments on local forums (Neighbourhood groups, pet groups, etc.) to drive traffic. Content will be provided and/or to leverage Gen AI to expand on.
• Social Sharing: Actively identify and reach out to pet lovers/micro-influencers to secure a set number of social profile shares and barter-based collaborations monthly. Achieve a specific monthly target. Content will be provided and/or to leverage Gen AI to expand on.

2. Gen AI & Customer Engagement

• Gen AI Monitoring: Oversee the performance of our Gen AI Chatbot. Ensure accuracy and "human-in-the-loop" intervention for complex queries.
• Gen AI Training: Refine and "train" our models to better reflect our brand voice and service standards based on real-time data.

REQUIREMENTS

• Self-Starter: You are a digital native who understands forum etiquette and social media growth e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, etc
• AI Enthusiast: Knowledge of Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) is highly valued.
• Results-Driven: You are comfortable working toward specific KPIs and deliverables.
• Independent: You provide your own equipment and can manage your schedule to meet project deadlines.
