We’re expanding our footprint in Johor Bahru and seeking a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new brand partnerships within the beauty and lifestyle industry.
• Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Implement strategic account growth plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and editorial teams to craft customized client solutions.
• Track and analyze performance using CRM tools and sales reports.
• Work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, media agencies, or brand partnerships is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze market trends and formulate strategic business plans.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving revenue goals.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
