In order to meet with our expansion needs, we are looking for skilled individuals to serve as Service Technicians. Service Technicians form an important part of our company, ensuring that our products are well maintained in our customers' premises and continue to serve them well. They form the frontline of the company, being in frequent contact with our clients and their maintenance teams. The position of Service Technician is a hands-on role and candidates with strong mechanical background would be favourably considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary tools and equipment for maintenance or installation
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective works for the water filtration systems at our customer's premise
• Perform new installations of the above equipment
• Relocate and reinstall customers' equipment as instructed
• Keep proper records of all service done and obtain client acknowledgement accurately
• Ad-hoc and other works as assigned by superiors

Preferred Qualifications and Qualities

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing works.
• Physically fit to climb stairs to level 4 and carry 20kg weight.
• Experience in plumbing and electrical works is a bonus.
• Class 3A driving license required
• Teachable, willing-to-learn attitude
• Pleasant disposition to handle customer requests on-the-job
• Able to read and write in simple English
• Independent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
