Admin Assistant | Summer Role (Post-Exams Intake) | Operations & Coordination Excellence

Role Focus

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct document checks, data verification, and coordination follow-ups
  • Manage scheduling arrangements, confirmations, reminders, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate and organised records using CRM systems, Excel, trackers, and Google Sheets
  • Prepare structured templates, meeting notes, and operational checklists
  • Manage digital filing systems and ensure accurate documentation updates and transfers
  • Support daily operational coordination to ensure efficiency, consistency, and smooth workflow execution
