What You Will Do

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking and referrals
  • Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Grow and develop your own team of advisers over time
  • Meet performance milestones and participate in Great Eastern's recognition programmes

Who We Are Looking For

  • Singapore Citizens, PRs, or those with valid work authorisation
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or Degree (any discipline)
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • No prior experience needed — we will train you from the ground up
  • Existing CMFAS certification is an advantage (not required)
