About the Roles

We are seeking a Salesperson to join a construction subcontractor specializing in flooring solutions, based in Ubi. This permanent role follows a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri: 9.00am–6.00pm; Sat: 9.00am–1.00pm) and offers a basic salary of up to $3,000 plus performance incentives and variable bonus. You will play a key role in promoting a diverse range of flooring products while building strong relationships with business partners and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn and develop strong knowledge of the company’s flooring products, including carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, laminates, rugs, and related solutions.
• Present product features and benefits clearly to clients and business partners such as architects, builders, and interior designers.
• Engage with customers during roadshows and participate in international exhibitions when required.
• Identify and approach new business opportunities through methods such as cold-calling and walk-in visits.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support long-term partnerships.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate flooring solutions to meet their needs.
• Review contract details and understand the potential implications for both the company and the customer.
• Address client enquiries confidently and assist with the overall sales process to help secure deals.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related position.
• Ability to present and explain product offerings effectively to business partners such as architects, builders, and interior designers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online reporting tools.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence.
