【Job Title】

Part-Time Admin Assistant – Monthly Expense Processing (Long-Term)

【Employment Type】

Part-Time (Once a month, approx. Once-day)

【Location】

Remote / Work from Home

【Working Schedule】

One day per month, around month-end (approx. 8 hours)

※Exact dates to be mutually agreed upon each month

【Job Description】

・Assist with inputting employee business travel expense data

・Match expense entries with corresponding receipts

・Send a summary email to the relevant staff upon completion

※No specialist knowledge required. Attention to detail and reliability are most important.

【Requirements】

・Available on a consistent monthly basis (long-term commitment preferred)

・Basic PC skills (Excel and email)

・Able to communicate in English

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
