This role supports the Sales Director and Business Development Manager by preparing forms, managing transaction records, assisting in negotiations, organizing documents, maintaining compliance, and facilitating communication within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file company assignment and policy change forms accurately to support transaction processing
  • Issue and record receipts for financial transactions to ensure accurate documentation
  • Support negotiations with sellers and investors under supervision to facilitate deal progress
  • Organize and file transaction-related documents to maintain orderly records
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping to ensure data integrity and accessibility
  • Learn and apply company procedures for deals and agreements to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Assist in communication with clients and staff to support smooth information flow
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards to uphold quality and regulatory requirements
