We are selectively expanding our team and are looking to connect with driven individuals who are interested in building a long-term professional practice in financial advisory.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families to help them make clear and confident decisions around protection, retirement and long-term financial security.

You will be part of a team led by Jean Guan, Financial Services Director representing Prudential Singapore, a 6 time Top of the Table (TOT) qualifier. Her agency unit has achieved 9th position in Presidents Club, and she has consistently ranked among the Top Financial Services Directors across the organisation.

G3O (Grit Grow Glow Organisation) is a group of agency units of Prudential Singapore, known for its strong culture of mentorship, professionalism and disciplined growth.

The Role

• Provide financial planning to individuals and families
• Perform financial reviews and provide recommendation align with clients’ goals
• Build and maintain long term client relationships
• Develop and grow your own professional financial advisory skills

Who We Are Looking For

• Self driven and disciplined individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionals who enjoy relationship based advisory work
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old and must possess at least:

- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level,

- International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification,

- Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
