Job Overview:

The Customer Success Lead plays a vital role in ensuring our company not only meets but exceeds the contractual commitments to our clients. This position is critical in building strong relationships, responding swiftly to customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our customers and our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Contractual Obligations:

  • Ensure all service delivery meets the agreed-upon terms and conditions outlined in customer contracts.
  • Regularly review contract performance to identify compliance levels and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the operations and legal teams to address any contractual discrepancies or renegotiations.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.

Prompt Response to Quotations:

  • Quickly address and process all customer inquiries and requests for quotes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate with the sales HOD and internal teams to ensure quotations are competitive and aligned with company capabilities and goals.

Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that add value to the customer.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand and promote offerings that meet evolving client needs.
  • Educate and inform customers about new features and enhancements that can benefit them.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex client requirements.
  • Comfortable with technologies.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
