As a Foreign Worker Processing Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end employment of foreign workers for client companies via our Agensi Pekerjaan license.

1. Quota Management & Application

· Apply, approve, and renew foreign worker quotas via FWCMS (eQuota) and MyFutureJobs systems.

· Handle quota appeals, rejections, and special allocations for manufacturing, construction, plantation, and services sectors.

2. End-to-End Foreign Worker Processing

· Manage levy payments, VDR (Virtual Deposit Room) submissions, and Immigration approval processes.

· Process PLKS (Temporary Employment Pass) issuance, renewal, and cancellation.

· Coordinate FOMEMA medical checkups and insurance (SPIKPA/EIS).

3. Overseas Sourcing & Recruitment

· Liaise with overseas agents / embassies (Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.) for worker supply.

· Arrange Visa With Reference (VDR), Single Entry Visa (SEV), and flight bookings.

· Ensure compliance with source country SOPs and Malaysia’s hiring regulations.

4. Compliance & Client Advisory

· Ensure all hiring adheres to JTK (Labour Department) and Immigration Act 1959/63.

· Advise clients on current levy rates, levy refunds, special exemption programs, and repatriation processes.

· Prepare and submit monthly foreign worker reports to clients and government portals.

5. Problem Resolution

· Handle special pass applications for workers with issues (overstay, lost passport, medical hold).

· Liaise with immigration detention depots (Depot Tahanan) for worker release or repatriation when needed.
