Admin Job Scope
* Handle daily administrative and document-related tasks
* Draft tenancy agreements using company templates
* Prepare, organize, and maintain tenancy documents
* File and record receipts properly
* Update and maintain tenant and rental records
* Assist with data entry and document checking
* Coordinate with tenants and internal team when necessary
* Ensure documents are properly filed and updated
* Support the team with general office administration duties
