Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Service Crew member to support daily operations. This role involves cashiering, food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a smooth and friendly customer experience.

We ONLY hiring for full-time positions for IOI City Mall, Putarjaya.

Please do not apply if you are looking for part-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cash float and manage POS system at the start of shift.

• Handle cashiering duties, including order taking and payment processing.

• Prepare food items according to standard procedures.

• Ensure all equipments are functioning properly before and during operations.

• Maintain cleanliness of floor, kitchen, and service areas at all times.

• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation.

• Assist with inventory stock checks and replenishment.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of F&B experience preferred but not compulsory (training provided).

• Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are welcome to apply.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• This position is open to Malaysian only.
