We're Hiring: Digital Designer (E-Commerce Focus)

Join our creative team and help shape engaging online shopping experiences across websites and major e-commerce platforms!

What You’ll Do:

E-Commerce Design & Content

• Design eye-catching visuals for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms

• Create banners, promotional visuals, landing pages, and campaign assets for online sales and marketing activities

• Update and maintain website visuals and content on WordPress & Shopify

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns

• Organize and manage digital assets for efficient usage and accessibility

Website & Platform Support

• Support the development and maintenance of company websites using Shopify and WooCommerce

• Assist with website updates, layout adjustments, and product page enhancements

• Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of visuals

• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized across devices

• Support campaign launches and high-traffic promotional periods

Creative & Operational Support

• Assist with basic UI/UX improvements to enhance customer experience

• Support SEO-related visual and content optimization

• Troubleshoot minor website display or content-related issues

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

Design & Creative Skills

• Strong design skills using Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop

• Good sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

• Experience creating visuals for e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with AI tools for design workflow or content support is an added advantage

Technical Knowledge

• Familiar with Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce platforms

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

• Understanding of website responsiveness and user experience best practices

• Familiar with GA4, Meta Ads tracking, and UTM parameters is an advantage

• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization

Soft Skills

• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Working days / Time : Monday - Friday (09.00am - 06.00pm)
Work from Home Flexibility : Saturday (09.00am - 01.00pm)
