We are looking for a committed and capable Senior Executive, Supply Chain / Procurement to support our expanding healthcare operations. This role is critical in ensuring our outlets are consistently supplied with the materials, products, and equipment needed to deliver uninterrupted patient care and smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and strategic in managing procurement and supply planning. You will be responsible for ensuring timely supply, preventing stock shortages, coordinating with suppliers and outlets, and supporting overall inventory, logistics, and warehouse efficiency. Candidates with experience in healthcare procurement, knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD), and exposure to logistics and warehouse operations will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities to ensure timely and sufficient supply to all outlets

• Monitor stock levels closely and strategize replenishment to prevent shortages or operational disruption

• Develop effective procurement plans to support business continuity, cost efficiency, and service quality

• Coordinate with outlets, suppliers, and internal departments on purchasing, delivery, and inventory matters

• Support logistics, warehousing, and stock movement processes to improve supply chain efficiency

• Ensure purchasing and distribution activities comply with internal procedures and relevant healthcare standards

• Maintain proper records for procurement, inventory control, supplier performance, and stock flow

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for procurement, inventory management, and operational support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations

• Candidates with healthcare industry exposure will be preferred

• Knowledge or training in Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) is an added advantage

• Familiarity with inventory planning, vendor coordination, and multi-outlet supply support

• Strong planning, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
