Job Description
  • Lead and execute local ecommerce acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and affiliates
  • Own performance tracking and optimisation against key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPO, revenue)
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and workflow across platforms
  • Drive performance analysis, forecasting and budget optimisation to deliver growth targets
  • Lead client strategy including media planning, budget allocation, campaign analysis and QBRs
  • Own senior client and marketplace relationships (Shopee, Lazada) to deliver partnership objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance issues on conversion‑focused campaigns
  • Drive innovation and test‑and‑learn to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Own monthly and event‑based budget planning and real‑time reallocation
  • Lead billing, top‑ups and commercial conversations with clients and partners
  • Ensure timely, high‑quality reporting with actionable insights
  • Lead WIPs and senior stakeholder calls, providing strategic recommendations
  • QC team outputs to ensure high standards and error‑free delivery
  • Train, coach and develop team members to scale platform and performance capabilities.
Responsibilities

Leadership & Growth Ownership

  • Own the ecommerce growth roadmap aligned to business revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning, forecasting and growth scenario development
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Tech teams
  • Build scalable processes and operating frameworks to improve execution quality and speed
  • Identify and unlock new platforms, formats and commerce growth levers
  • Own team capacity planning, hiring and capability development
  • Set performance standards, governance and accountability frameworks
  • Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Champion automation, reporting improvements and operational efficiency
  • Build a high‑performance culture focused on ownership, outcomes and continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • 5‑6+ years’ experience in eCommerce
  • Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to get hands dirty
  • Acute analytical skills and a data‑driven mentality – you know the relevant KPIs and how to work with them
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership abilities and track‑record of hitting targets
  • Previous experience working in a start‑up or dynamic high‑growth company a plus
