Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Maintenance Technician di Goodtime Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities & Authorities

• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance on all machines, infrastructure and implement on timely manner.

• Act on any breakdown maintenance and rectify as soon as possible to minimize idle time / waiting time.

• Update daily, weekly and monthly maintenance records as per ISO established documents and compliance to the ISO requirement.

• To assist Superior on new projects, improvement projects for continual improvement.

• Work on the improvement and modification of the production process in order to reduce the process cost.

• Manage factory electrical related task and rectify on time to avoid any inconvenience to operation.

• To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting activities/ process to reduce production related problems and delays.

• Ensure all the machine are well maintained, 5S are practicing all time and keep machines in clean and tidy manner.

• Manage all kind of spare parts needed for all machines and infrastructure and readily available whenever needed.

• Preparing and submitting weekly / monthly KPI report and improvement activities report.

• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Minimum Qualification.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent cert.

• Minimum experience in Facility Maintenance for 2 years.

• Possess good technical skill.

• Preferably specialize in rubber/ plastic manufacturing industry.

• Able to communicate write and read with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia. 

• Good team player and well communication skills.

• Possess own transport.
