Job Summary:

The Entry-Level position will support the team by performing essential tasks, ensuring accuracy in data records, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a looking for entry into a professional career in an accounting firm.

Responsibilities:

• Entering data for accountants and assisting with work paper preparation.

• Perform data entry in Australian financial accounting and taxation software

• Prepare and file basic tax documents and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
