Job Summary:
The Entry-Level position will support the team by performing essential tasks, ensuring accuracy in data records, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a looking for entry into a professional career in an accounting firm.
Responsibilities:
Entering data for accountants and assisting with work paper preparation.
Perform data entry in Australian financial accounting and taxation software
Prepare and file basic tax documents and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
