JOB SUMMARY

• Secure the theme park premises by patrolling the property.
• Carry out inspection on safety & security, and other activities to ensure the environment is safe.
• To report any suspicious or criminal activities like theft or fraud immediately to the superior.
• Check and monitor the access control of the people who are visiting the company.
• Carry out emergency response procedures.
• Assist Finance on Park Skimming.
• Crowd Control for any event or on crowded day.
• Updating ERT on daily basis.
• Assist on Cashier Drop Bag on a daily basis.
• All Department Key Control on a daily basis.
• Monitoring at Parking of guest & staff at theme park.
• Ensure on standby for extra EXIT POST on peak days.
• Rounding & Checking on Staycation of Glamping Guest at Theme park.
• Provide guest assistance by providing directions, assist lost guests and offer general customer service.
• Enforce park rules by ensuring guest and employees follow park policies and safety guidelines.
• Respond to any incident - security concerns, medical emergencies, disturbances and lost property reports.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the superior.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Candidates with minimum SPM or equivalent are welcome to apply;
• Presentable and well-groomed always;
• A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity;
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage;
• Good problem solving and analytical skills;
• Competencies in writing and communicating in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages would be an added advantage;
• Candidate must be willing to work in shifts, during weekends, and public holidays to support the operational needs as and when required;
• Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD OF TAMBUN, IPOH, PERAK
• Able to start immediately (URGENT HIRING)
