Freshtel Internet Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Malaysia, delivering high-speed broadband solutions to residential and commercial customers. Since our establishment, we have expanded across Klang Valley and beyond, focusing on reliable connectivity, strong customer experience, and continuous network innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness, compliance, and reliability of infrastructure maintenance processes.

b) Auditing maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

c) Monitoring network performance, especially on the bandwidth utilization and power stability.

d) Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.

e) Actively proactively and responsibly in reporting and escalating any network performance issue to the management timely.

f) Install/maintain and support network element including wired and wireless network component.

g) Supervise on site preparation work including civil mechanical electrical works.

h) Providing technical assistance to the customer support team promptly.

i) Updating the resolution progress and details to the customer support team to provide the latest information to the reported subscriber.

j) Pacifying unsatisfying subscribers with professionalism and respect whenever the Network Engineer is handling onsite support.

k) Maintaining a pleasant working environment among the support team.

l) Handling the off-office-hour support calls and following up the complaints until the issue is resolved.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Telco Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
• Certification in relevant areas (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and network design.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
