We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to strengthen our presence in Johor and drive sustainable business growth. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, sales excellence, and independent operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Drive sales of company products and services to both existing and potential customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals in line with client requirements.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Build in-depth knowledge of company products, industry applications, and competitor landscape.
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with proactive follow-ups to support business growth.
• Perform regular customer visits for technical support, product inspections, and relationship management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and achieve performance goals.
• Oversee local operations, including rental utilities and general site management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management when required.

Requirements:

• Strong sales background with the ability to manage operations independently.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience in closing complex sales deals.
• Ability to work autonomously within the Johor region, managing sales, operations, and client relationships.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, especially when explaining technical concepts.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and well-organized self-starter.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license and willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
