Key Responsibility

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company software systems
• Ensure all physical & digital filing is organized, updated, and easily accessible
• Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors
• Handle daily data entry and accounting records
• Prepare invoices, eInvoice, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Manage filing and documentation of financial records
• Follow up on supplier invoices
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly reports
• Handle petty cash and staff claims
• Support the finance/admin department with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of accounting and Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in AutoCount/SQL Accounting is an advantage
• Experience in ABSS is highly preferred

Salary stated is the minimum amount offered. Salary can be negotiated/discussed further.
