Job Summary

• Responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of the Operating Theatre (OT) and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Drive high standards of patient care, safety, and service excellence through effective leadership and governance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing teams across the Operating Theatre (OT) and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD).
• Ensure exceptional standards of patient care, safety, and infection control are maintained.
• Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage staff scheduling, rostering, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient flow and optimise Operating Theatre efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior nursing management role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Post-Basic qualification in Perioperative Nursing is required.
• Strong clinical expertise, particularly in perioperative nursing, sterile processing, and endoscopy.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
