Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner
• Key in purchase invoices into the system with proper verification
• Handle supplier returns and prepares Return Notes when required
• Check and reconcile Supplier Statement of Account (SOA)
• Assist in payment preparation and ensure supporting documents are complete
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all purchasing records
• Source and compare suppliers, pricing, and product quality
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Monitor stock purchasing and coordinate with outlets and warehouse personnel
• Conduct site visits for stock take and operational support when required
• Ensure timely delivery arrangements and follow up closely with suppliers

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (more experience required for senior roles)
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply (Training will be provided)

Skills & Competencies

• Able to work independently
• Strong negotiation skills and good market awareness
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask across multiple entities/companies
• Basic accounting knowledge, including invoice, costing, and payment processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and system data entry
• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel for site visits when required

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
