Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to manage the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and able to handle accounting functions independently while ensuring proper compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents accurately and on time
  • Monitor daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records and filing
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary on accounting and statutory matters
  • Assist in audit and tax matters, including preparation of documents and follow-up actions
  • Monitor company cash flow, payments, collections, and outstanding balances
  • Handle invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts
  • Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
  • Handle general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by management

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance
  • Able to handle full set accounts independently
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: RM2,200-RM3,500 depending on experience
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided
  • Annual leave and medical leave entitlement
  • Performance bonus / allowance (if applicable)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
