Full Time DCO-Mechanical Engineering Manager Jobs, in Sourceo Johor Bahru - Maukerja

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, including 3–5 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Strong understanding of data center mechanical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and fire suppression systems.
• Experience managing technical teams and supporting operations in a 24/7 critical environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex mechanical and operational issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent, will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and mission-critical environment.
• Familiarity with operational best practices, preventive maintenance planning, and incident management processes within critical facilities environments is preferred.
