Position: Professional Service Manager (Project Manager)

Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Service Manager (Project Manager) to lead and manage enterprise application implementation projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities to ensure successful delivery of software solutions that meet client expectations and comply with company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress of implementation for Enterprise Application in small/medium/large projects in compliance with TEIBTO’s standards, meeting client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and manage the project resources.
  • Interface with clients, gather and refine the client’s requirements.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and support the Professional Service Team and Development Team in business process, system design, configuration, and implementation of Software Solutions for a wide range of industries.
  • Monitor the effective performance and utilization of the team, ensuring that all team members maximize their utilization by providing assistance to achieve this.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Negotiate commercially acceptable outcomes with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding major project issues or disputes, acting at all times in compliance with negotiation plans or limits agreed by the COO.
  • Ensure prudent management of the services group’s expenses. Implement corporate policies and be responsible for adherence to these measures. Measure and report on performance.
  • Facilitate staff development by delivering coaching and mentoring as required. Evaluate and provide feedback to support the development of team members.
  • Conduct the formal performance appraisal process of all team members. Provide regular informal feedback and encouragement. Develop individual development plans for direct reports.
  • Provide assistance as requested by the sales team to support sales campaigns, either personally or by allocating suitable resources within the team. Deliver such assistance in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience leading ERP solution implementation projects (as overall project manager or functional project lead).
  • Background in system implementation or cloud-based systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management methodologies, or Agile frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Strong technical and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

Working hours from: 9:00AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
