The Role

We're seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to manage our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS—creating compelling content that drives engagement and business results for all three brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Strategy

  • Produce platform-specific content (posts, reels, TikToks, XHS) for all 3 brands
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns
  • Develop marketing briefs and oversee creative development to publication
  • Execute social media strategies to grow followers and boost engagement

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics and analyze data to refine strategies
  • Conduct audience research and implement data-driven customer segmentation
  • Monitor trends and competitors to maintain competitive advantage

Required:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 3+ years in social media marketing or digital content creation
  • Expert knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Portfolio of successful social media campaigns
