Hiring : HR Executive (Rawang, Selangor)

Company : Bekal Baru Sdn Bhd (Adabi Subsidiary)

Location : Rawang Perdana, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm)

Salary: RM 2,800.00++ (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage full spectrum of HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Performance Management)

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and interviews.

- Handle employee discipline, grievances, and performance matters in line with company policies and legal requirements.

- Ensure full compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other applicable labour regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related any related field.

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in human resources or related field.

- Familiarity with HR systems and software.

- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law.

- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent written and verbal.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Can start immediately.
