Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and support the company’s growth. This role requires someone who is organised, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.

What you’ll do:

• Handle daily accounting (AP, AR, bank reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor cash flow
• Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and expense reports
• Reconcile invoices and check for discrepancies
• Enter financial data and maintain proper records
• Support audit, tax, and compliance matters
• Assist with admin tasks and support other departments when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years experience (fresh grads encouraged)
• Hands-on and willingness to learn
• Organized, responsible, and detail-focused
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in e-commerce or FMCG industry
• Understand inventory costing and product margin tracking
• Are proactive and enjoy improving processes

Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,500

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
