Accounts Executive

We are an established accounting firm seeking motivated and responsible candidates to join our team as an Accounts Executive.

Our office is conveniently located and accessible via Titiwangsa Station (MRT/LRT/Monorail).

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for clients
• Prepare accounting schedules, bank reconciliation, and monthly reports
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Liaise with clients on accounting and administrative matters
• Assist in SST, e-Invoice, and audit support when required
• Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/CAT
• Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting or related field
• Able to handle full set accounts independently
• Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software will be an added advantage
• Responsible, hardworking, honest, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500 (based on experience and qualification)
• 5 working days (Monday – Friday)
