We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage daily operational flow and support coordination within the operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations and monitor work progress.
• Arrange technician schedules and project flow.
• Support and coordinate with admin and tender team.
• Monitor project documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle operational and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Experience in operations, project coordination, or admin is an advantage.
• Knowledge in IT/Data Centre industry is a plus.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
